They are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow new FE college sales. This field-based role involves building relationships, identifying needs, presenting training solutions, and driving adoption. You’ll have access to top tools including LinkedIn Premium, Apollo, and HubSpot CRM.Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities using data.
- Build relationships with FE colleges, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and KPIs.
- Negotiate orders, forecast accurately, and maintain CRM records.
- Report on business development activities and capture market intelligence.
About You:
- Proven success in FE-level business development/account management.
- Comfortable working to targets under pressure.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously.
- Consultative, client-focused approach.
