Job Title: Health & Social Care Trainer
Location: Bristol (Predominantly Remote with Some Face-to-Face Visits)
Salary: Up to £30,000 per yearThe Role:
Our client is looking for a passionate Health & Social Care Trainer to join their team and help develop the next generation of professionals in the sector. This role is predominantly remote, with occasional face-to-face visits to support apprentices in their workplace.
As the Health & Social Care Trainer, you will play a key role in mentoring, training, and supporting learners, helping them build the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
They welcome both experienced trainers and those looking to begin a career in training.
While no two days are the same, as the Health & Social Care Trainer your main responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality training to equip learners with the knowledge and skills needed for safe and effective care.
- Assessing learner competence to ensure they meet sector standards and regulatory requirements.
- Providing constructive feedback and development support to help learners progress and achieve their qualifications.
- Building strong relationships with employers to ensure training meets organisational and service needs.
- Sharing sector knowledge and best practice to promote continuous improvement.
- Motivating and inspiring learners to succeed and progress in their careers.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong occupational experience in Health & Social Care, ideally in a leadership role, enabling you to deliver training in Adult Care and Support Worker apprenticeships (essential).
- Experience training, mentoring, or coaching colleagues in the workplace.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport (essential).
The following qualifications are advantageous but not essential:
- Assessing qualification (D32/33, A1, TAQA, CAVA)
- Teaching qualification (PTLLS, CTLLS, QTS, PGCE)
