Job Title: Apprenticeship Trainer

Salary: £45,000

Location: Fully remote / home based (UK)

 

Role Overview

Our client is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Apprenticeship Trainer who can deliver high-quality training and support to learners across a range of professional subject areas. As the Apprenticeship Trainer you’ll play a key role in helping apprentices develop their skills, gain qualifications, and progress in their careers.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging apprenticeship training and coaching remotely
  • Support learners through their qualifications and development journey
  • Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Ensure all training delivery meets required standards and frameworks
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and employers to support learner success
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with compliance requirements

 

Delivery Areas (you should be able to deliver one or more of the following):

  • Human Resources (HR)
  • Procurement
  • Business Improvement
  • Finance

 

About You

  • Experience delivering training, coaching, or assessing within apprenticeships or a similar environment
  • Strong background in at least one of the listed subject areas
  • Confident working independently in a remote/home-based role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Passionate about helping learners develop and succeed
