Their dedicated business units are led by experienced professionals who bring excellent sector knowledge and a passion for supporting and developing others. • Provide learners with timely, constructive and meaningful feedback to support development
  • Support learners to make consistent progress, ensuring timely achievement of qualifications
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, tracking progress and providing clear updates to support reporting and performance monitoring, including an auditable caseload overview and diary management
  • Liaise regularly with line manager and quality assurance team and attend meetings, as required
  • Work towards and achieve agreed KPIs
  • Promote the organisation and its qualification offer to employers and learners to support growth, through positive engagement and strong stakeholder relationships
  • Work collaboratively with the Business Development Team, providing delivery information and referring potential learners and employers, where appropriate
  • Provide career advice, guidance and information to support learners to make informed decisions about their learning and progression
  • Take part in continuous professional development, including completion of own qualifications where required
  • Identify, record and report safeguarding and wellbeing concerns in line with our organisation’s policies and procedures
  • Any other reasonable requests from the management team
