Our client is looking for a highly organised Events Executive to join their high-performing Marketing & Commercial team and take ownership of a varied and growing events programme.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with around 2–3 years’ experience in events who enjoys making things happen, thrives on detail, and wants genuine ownership within a fast-paced, ambitious organisation.

As the Events Executive you’ll lead the delivery of exhibitions, conferences, webinars, roundtables and industry events, managing everything from logistics and supplier coordination through to onsite delivery and post-event reporting.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a portfolio of events from initial planning through to post-event review
  • Coordinate logistics including venues, suppliers, exhibitors and event materials
  • Support and manage exhibition setups and onsite event operations
  • Coordinate speaker opportunities and event schedules
  • Maintain and update event information on the company website, including agendas and attendee information
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align events with wider commercial and strategic objectives
  • Track event budgets, timelines and reporting metrics
  • Coordinate branded materials, stock and promotional assets
  • Provide onsite support at UK-based events where required
  • Support continuous improvement of event processes and attendee experience

 

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • 2–3 years’ experience within an events or marketing events role
  • Experience delivering smaller events independently and supporting larger exhibitions or conferences
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident working with internal stakeholders, suppliers and external partners
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a small team
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and delivery-oriented mindset
  • Strong administrative capability and confidence managing event logistics

Desirable

  • Experience working within education, training or professional services
  • Experience using CRM systems, event platforms or marketing tools
  • Experience supporting webinars or virtual events
