One of London's leading Apprenticeship providers are looking for motivated business developers/Sales people to join their growing team. An award winning company is going from strength to strength. You'll be joining them at an exciting time in their history, and also becoming part of an industry that's expecting significant growth in the coming months.
The role involves developing relationships with businesses, and uncovering if there's an appetite for them taking on an Apprentice. You'll need to be able to sell the benefits of taking on someone young, enthusiastic, and who truly understands the technology that makes modern businesses tick. We are looking for someone that's comfortable & capable of selling into high-profile clients. Training includes succession planning from day one, with the key milestones and targets clearly laid out.
Main duties:- Strong Business Development abilities – Via telesales, Zoom, Social media channels
- The Business Development Consultant will promote apprenticeships to local employers and large national organisations
- The Business Development Consultant will build and develop strong internal & external relationships
- Show passion and desire to help businesses develop their talent
- Management of full sales cycle
- The Business Development Consultant will work alongside learner recruiters to secure best talent
- Aim for exceeding client expectations
- The Business Development Consultant will be target orientated
- Update CRM systems
Experience:
- B2B sales experience
- Knowledge of IT and digital tech an advantage
- Consultative sales approach
- Strong telephone sales skills
- Ability to build solid long lasting relationships
- Managing the full sales cycle
- Beating target and KPI’s
- Positive, polished with a real desire to succeed
- Ability to juggle multiple clients and programs
