Job role:
Our client is looking for an experienced and versatile marketer who is hungry to take the steps into management for an ambitious and growing organisation. Our clients ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns and plans and the potential to manage and inspire a team across all the companies with. They will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.
Objectives of this Role:
• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with
specific objectives across different channels and segments.
• Lead the execution of marketing programmes from start to finish, leveraging
internal support and driving collaboration.
• Enhance customer relationships and Target new customers where appropriate
• Build brand awareness and launch new products or services.
• Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best
practices to build successful strategies.
• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and
extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
- Working in partnership with the different business divisions and the marketing team, you will develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
- Communicating with senior management about existing and new marketing activities. This includes presenting ideas and final deliverables and communicating with senior management about marketing programmes, strategies, and budgets.
- Managing and creating appropriate content for a variety of channels.
- Evaluating and improving marketing campaigns with possible solutions to fit within budgetary constraints.
- Identifying measuring marketing outcomes to increase the efficiency of marketing activities within the company.
- Conceptualise and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
- Managing content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support.
- Gathering customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increasing customer conversions, and generating more qualified leads.
- Identifying the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis to optimise accordingly.
- Recruiting and training Marketing Assistants to assist with event coordination and sales.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Degree/Level 6 apprenticeship in marketing, business, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
• Excellent IT, writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Confident and charismatic – able to build rapport quickly.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
• Master’s degree is desirable.
• Design experience in Adobe suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc).
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Established press and media contacts.
