  • Produce interactive e-learning and face-to-face materials to meet learning outcomes.
  • Continuously improve workshop and programme content for remote and in-person delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date programme guides, templates, and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure all content meets ESFA and Ofsted requirements.
  • Create targeted further learning resources and reading lists for modules.
  • Ensure Personal Development, Behaviour and Attitudes, and Off-The-Job Hours requirements are met.
  • Keep content current, relevant, and aligned with industry trends.
  • Collaborate across internal teams (curriculum, assessment, marketing, delivery).
  • Support administrative processes and meet agreed deadlines.
  • Uphold quality and compliance standards across all materials.
  • Apply project management skills to deliver content on time.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance programme design and learner engagement.

  • Experience developing educational/training content (Levels 2–5).
  • Knowledge of FE and Skills sector requirements.

  • Project management and organisational skills.
  • Experience delivering training.

Desirable:
