Job Title: Early Years Trainer
Location: Bristol (Home-based with regional travel)
Salary: £29,000 – £30,000 per yearThe Role:
Our client is recruiting for a qualified Early Years Trainer to support learners across the Bristol region.
In this role, you will guide and support learners through their Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5 Apprenticeships and ASF short courses. As the Early Years Trainer, you will be the first point of contact for your learners, you will play a key role in helping them achieve their goals and succeed in their learning journey.
The Early Years Trainer is a home-based role with travel required within approximately a 45-mile radius to visit learners and employers.
Around 70% of your week will be spent travelling, however you will manage your own diary, giving you flexibility to organise your schedule.
No two days are the same, but your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and supporting a caseload of approximately 45 learners across your region (both face-to-face and remotely)
- Delivering a range of award-winning Early Years qualifications
- Creating tailored learning solutions to help learners succeed and develop their careers
- Using their e-portfolio system to manage and track learner progress effectively

About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) – essential
- Significant occupational experience in an Early Years setting – essential
- Experience managing and supporting a caseload of learners
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
The following qualifications would be advantageous:
- Assessing qualification (TAQA / A1 / D32 / D33 / CAVA)
- Teaching qualification (AET / PTLLS or equivalent)
